Trunki was the children's ride-on suitcase rejected by every Dragon on the BBC programme Dragon's Den.
The product was designed by British inventor Rob Law as a child-friendly suitcase that could also be ridden through airports and other travel spaces. Law pitched the idea on Dragon's Den, but no Dragon made an investment offer. The product later became commercially successful despite that televised rejection.
Trunki is often used as an example of a business that the programme's investors failed to recognise. The rejection does not mean the product was abandoned: the company continued developing and selling it, and the brand became strongly associated with family travel.
The name is sometimes confused with Micro-Scooters because both are children's mobility products, but they are different businesses. Trunki is also unrelated to Gumbies, which is a footwear company that received investment from Dragons.
