In Pixar's Cars, Lightning McQueen's Porsche friend and attorney in Radiator Springs is Sally Carrera.
Sally is a 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera who left a stressful life in California to establish herself in Radiator Springs. She owns the town's Cozy Cone Motel and becomes one of Lightning's closest friends after he is forced to stay there.
Her surname is a reference to the Porsche Carrera name, which appears on several Porsche models. The character is voiced by Bonnie Hunt, who also voices characters in other Pixar projects.
Sally is sometimes confused with Flo because both are prominent female residents of Radiator Springs. Flo, however, runs Flo's V8 Café and is a different character. Sally's role combines local leadership, legal knowledge, and her enthusiasm for the town's historic Route 66 setting.
