In Pixar's Cars 2, who is the secret agent paired with Mater?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Finn McMissile is the secret agent paired with Mater.

Finn is a British spy car who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent, but Mater's accidental involvement allows the two characters to work together. Their partnership drives the film's spy-adventure plot.

Finn is voiced by Michael Caine in the English-language version. His design draws on classic British spy-car imagery, including the Aston Martin DB5 associated with James Bond, although Finn is a fictional Pixar character rather than an official Bond vehicle.

Holley Shiftwell is another British intelligence agent and becomes Mater's partner in the field as the story develops. She is not the spy initially paired with him in the question. Miles Axlerod is the World Grand Prix organizer and the film's principal conspirator.
