Who is the main antagonist, Jackson Storm, in Pixar's Cars 3?

Jackson Storm is the main antagonist in Pixar's Cars 3.

Storm represents a new generation of high-performance racers whose advanced training and technology make him faster than many established competitors. His success challenges Lightning McQueen's place in the racing world and drives the film's central conflict.

Armie Hammer provides Jackson Storm's voice. Lightning's effort to compete with Storm leads him to train with Cruz Ramirez, a high-tech trainer who later becomes central to the story. Their relationship shifts the film from a simple rivalry toward a story about mentorship and changing roles.

Cars 3 was released in 2017 and directed by Brian Fee. Jackson Storm should not be confused with Chick Hicks, the rival from the first Cars film, or Cal Weathers, a veteran racer who appears in Cars 3.
