In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of Lightning McQueen's British spy ally?

In Pixar's Cars 2, Lightning McQueen's British spy ally is Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is an experienced British secret agent who becomes involved in the international plot surrounding the World Grand Prix. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent, and Mater's accidental involvement eventually helps expose the conspiracy targeting the race and its alternative fuel.

The character is designed as a tribute to classic espionage heroes. His equipment includes spy gadgets, concealed weapons, and an amphibious ability, all of which distinguish him from the ordinary race cars in the series. Michael Caine provides Finn's voice in the English-language version.

Holley Shiftwell is another British intelligence agent and Finn's partner, but she is a separate character. Professor Zündapp is an enemy scientist, while Miles Axlerod is the former oil baron at the center of the conspiracy. Those names are therefore plausible but incorrect answers to this question.
