In Minions: The Rise of Gru, Belle Bottom leads the villainous team called the Vicious 6.
The Vicious 6 are a group of supervillains who betray their former leader, Wild Knuckles, after stealing a powerful ancient artifact. Belle Bottom becomes their leader, and the group recruits or uses several distinctive criminals, including Jean Clawed, Nun-Chuck, Svengeance, and Stronghold.
Young Gru dreams of joining the Vicious 6 because he admires their reputation. His attempt to audition for them sets the plot in motion, while his theft of their artifact brings him into direct conflict with the group. The team is a fictional creation for the film and is not connected to Marvel’s similarly named Sinister Six.
The numeral in Vicious 6 refers to the six-member group, including Belle Bottom. The Minions themselves are not members of the Vicious 6.
