In Despicable Me 2, what is the name of the mall where Eduardo owns a restaurant?

The story behind the answer

In Despicable Me 2, Eduardo owns a restaurant at Paradise Mall.

The restaurant is called Salsa & Salsa and becomes an important location in Gru’s investigation. The Anti-Villain League suspects that a dangerous criminal may be operating under a new identity, and Gru is sent undercover to work at the mall with agent Lucy Wilde.

Eduardo Pérez presents himself as a lively restaurant owner. Gru eventually suspects that Eduardo is actually El Macho, a former supervillain believed to have died. The mall therefore serves as both a public family setting and the starting point for the film’s mystery.

Paradise Mall should not be confused with the Villain-Con convention from Minions. It is also distinct from Gru’s home and the Anti-Villain League facilities. The location combines ordinary shopping-center life with the franchise’s recurring theme that villains can hide behind cheerful public identities.
