Outer Heaven is easy to confuse with Militaires Sans Frontières and Diamond Dogs. Those are military organizations associated with Big Boss in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid V, while Outer Heaven is the name used by Liquid Ocelot in Metal Gear Solid 4.
