In Mega Man 1, which robot master controls fire?

In Mega Man 1, the Robot Master that controls fire is Fire Man. He is one of the six original Robot Masters created by Dr. Light for industrial work before Dr. Wily reprograms them for combat.

Fire Man was designed for waste management, especially incineration. His body can withstand extreme heat, and his signature weapon is the Fire Storm. During his stage and boss fight, he surrounds himself with flames and launches fireballs at Mega Man.

Defeating Fire Man gives Mega Man the Fire Storm weapon, which creates a forward fireball surrounded by a protective ring of flame. The weapon is particularly useful against Ice Man, reflecting the series’ rock-paper-scissors-inspired weakness system.
