“We Do It All for You” was the McDonald’s advertising phrase used in the company’s 1975 campaign after “You Deserve a Break Today.”
The slogan shifted attention from taking a break to the service McDonald’s promised customers. Its wording suggested that employees, food preparation, and restaurant operations were organized around serving the customer.
This campaign is often confused with the earlier “You Deserve a Break Today” slogan, which McDonald’s introduced nationally in 1971. It is also distinct from later lines such as “It’s a Good Time for the Great Taste” and “I’m Lovin’ It.”
McDonald’s changed slogans frequently while maintaining recognizable visual branding. The Golden Arches, red-and-yellow colors, and familiar characters gave continuity even when campaign language changed. That pattern is why individual slogans can be difficult to place in the correct decade.
