In "Kung Fu Panda", who is Po's adopted father?

In "Kung Fu Panda," Po's adopted father is Mr. Ping.

Mr. Ping is a Chinese goose who owns a noodle restaurant in the Valley of Peace. He finds Po as a baby and raises him as his son, teaching him the family trade and hoping he will eventually continue the restaurant business. Although Po is a giant panda and Mr. Ping is a goose, the film treats their relationship as a genuine parent-child bond rather than a mere joke about their different species.
