BioSyn is the genetic company led by Lewis Dodgson in Jurassic World Dominion.
BioSyn first appeared in Michael Crichton’s Jurassic Park novel as a rival corporation interested in acquiring dinosaur embryos. The company was later referenced in the film series and became a major force in Jurassic World Dominion.
In Dominion, Lewis Dodgson leads BioSyn while the company operates a dinosaur sanctuary in the Dolomites of Italy. The film reveals that BioSyn’s research involves both prehistoric animals and genetically modified giant locusts, creating a global agricultural threat.
BioSyn is distinct from InGen, the company associated with John Hammond’s original dinosaur park. It is also separate from Masrani Global, which owns Jurassic World in the earlier film. Campbell Scott portrays Dodgson in Dominion.
