In Dragon's Den, which investor is associated with the fashion brand Ghost?

The story behind the answer

Touker Suleyman is associated with the fashion brand Ghost.

Suleyman is a British-Turkish Cypriot entrepreneur and investor whose career has centred on fashion manufacturing, clothing and retail. He became a Dragon on the BBC programme and is particularly linked with the Ghost fashion business. His background in the clothing trade gives him specialist experience when entrepreneurs present apparel or retail proposals.

Ghost was founded in Britain and became known for clothing made with distinctive fluid fabrics and a draped aesthetic. Suleyman acquired the brand in the 2000s and helped develop its ownership and commercial direction. That connection is why Ghost appears prominently in accounts of his business career.

The brand is not the same as businesses associated with Kelly Hoppen, who is known primarily for interior design, or Theo Paphitis, whose retail interests include Ryman. Suleyman joined the Dragon's Den panel later than the original investors.
