Steven Bartlett became a Dragon in 2022 after co-founding the social-media marketing company Social Chain.

Bartlett co-founded Social Chain with Dominic McGregor in 2014. The company developed campaigns and online communities for brands, building its identity around social-media-led marketing rather than traditional advertising alone.

He joined Dragon's Den for series 20, becoming the youngest Dragon in the programme's history at the time. His appointment reflected the growing importance of digital platforms, creator culture and internet-native businesses in the UK start-up economy.
