Steven Bartlett joined Dragons' Den in 2022 as its youngest-ever investor.
Bartlett became a Dragon in the 20th series of the British programme, which aired in 2023 after being filmed for the 2022–23 television cycle. He was born in 1992, making him younger than the investors who had previously occupied the panel.
Before joining the show, Bartlett co-founded Social Chain, a social-media marketing agency, with Dominic McGregor in 2014. He later built a public profile through The Diary of a CEO podcast, books, and investments in technology and consumer businesses.
