In Cyberpunk 2077, which district contains the Pacifica Combat Zone?

The story behind the answer

In Cyberpunk 2077, the Pacifica Combat Zone is located in the Pacifica district.

Pacifica was originally planned as a luxury resort area but was abandoned after Night City’s economic collapse and worsening instability. By the time V explores it, the district is unfinished, impoverished, and heavily controlled by local factions. Its damaged infrastructure and unfinished buildings contrast sharply with the glamorous development originally intended for the area.

The Combat Zone is one of Pacifica’s most dangerous sections. The Voodoo Boys hold significant influence in the district, while the Animals occupy the Grand Imperial Mall during a major story mission. Pacifica also contains the abandoned hotel where V meets important characters connected to the game’s central conspiracy.

Pacifica is sometimes confused with Dogtown, the neighboring restricted area featured prominently in the Phantom Liberty expansion. Dogtown is a separate enclave within Night City and is governed by Kurt Hansen. Pacifica’s Combat Zone, by contrast, belongs to the base game’s district structure.
