Konpeki Plaza is an elite hotel in Night City’s corporate district and serves as the setting for the game’s pivotal heist mission. V and Jackie Welles enter the hotel to steal the Relic from the Arasaka executive Yorinobu Arasaka, turning a seemingly lucrative job into the central disaster of the main story.
Arasaka is a Japanese megacorporation involved in security, finance, technology, and military services. Its immense influence extends across Night City, where the company’s headquarters, employees, and security forces shape the political and economic landscape.
Konpeki Plaza should not be confused with Arasaka Tower, another major Arasaka property in Night City. Militech is Arasaka’s principal corporate rival in the game, while Kang Tao and Biotechnica are separate corporations with their own specialties and interests.
