Simon Woodroffe is the founder of the Yo! brand and was an original investor on British Dragons' Den.

Woodroffe founded Yo! Sushi, the restaurant concept that became the best-known part of the Yo! brand. The restaurants popularised conveyor-belt service in the UK, allowing customers to select dishes as they passed by and pay according to the colour-coded plates.
