In Better Call Saul, what is the name of the retirement community involved in Jimmy’s class-action lawsuit?

The story behind the answer

The retirement community involved in Jimmy McGill’s class-action lawsuit is Sandpiper Crossing.

Jimmy discovers that residents are being overcharged through confusing billing practices. What begins as a small legal investigation grows into a major class-action case after evidence suggests that the problem affects many residents.

The case becomes important to Jimmy’s career and to the law firms connected with it. Davis & Main later hires Jimmy partly because of the potential value of the Sandpiper litigation, while HHM also works on the case.

Sandpiper Crossing is fictional. It should not be confused with Casa Tranquila, the nursing home where Hector Salamanca receives care, or Mesa Verde, the fictional bank represented by Kim Wexler.
