In Better Call Saul, what is the name of Jimmy McGill’s con-man friend from Cicero?

Jimmy McGill’s con-man friend from Cicero is Marco Pasternak.

Marco is Jimmy’s longtime partner in small scams from their days in Cicero, Illinois. Jimmy returns to Cicero during Better Call Saul’s first season, and Marco persuades him to revive their old “slippin’ Jimmy” routines for one more series of cons.

Their partnership reveals the part of Jimmy’s identity that predates his legal career. Marco enjoys the deception itself, while Jimmy is increasingly torn between his old instincts and his attempts to become a legitimate lawyer. Marco’s death later prompts Jimmy to reconsider his future in Albuquerque.

Marco is played by Mel Rodriguez. He is not a lawyer from HHM or Davis & Main, and he is unrelated to characters such as Howard Hamlin, Clifford Main, and Ernesto.
