In BBC Dragon's Den, which original Dragon was also the founder of Yo! Sushi?

The story behind the answer

Simon Woodroffe was the founder of Yo! Sushi and an original Dragon on BBC Dragon's Den.

Woodroffe launched Yo! Sushi in London in 1997, introducing a conveyor-belt service concept to the British restaurant market. The brand became known for delivering plates of sushi to customers on a moving belt, combining a distinctive visual experience with fast casual dining.

He joined the first Dragon's Den panel when the British series began in 2005. His entrepreneurial background was especially associated with hospitality, branding and innovative customer experiences rather than with the technology or financial sectors represented by some other investors.

Yo! Sushi is sometimes confused with later restaurant ventures connected to Woodroffe, including the YOTEL hotel concept. Those are separate businesses. The restaurant brand that established his public business profile was Yo! Sushi.
