In Assassin's Creed Unity, which Paris landmark serves as the Assassins' headquarters?

The story behind the answer

In Assassin's Creed Unity, the Café Théâtre serves as the Assassins' headquarters.

Arno Dorian uses the Café Théâtre as a home base in revolutionary Paris. The building can be renovated and upgraded, unlocking income and activities as the player progresses. It therefore functions as more than a story location: it is also a management and customization space.

Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and Versailles are important locations in Unity's version of France, but they are not the headquarters answer. The game is set during the French Revolution, beginning in 1789, and its story follows Arno as he investigates a conspiracy while navigating Parisian factions and unrest.
