In Assassin's Creed Unity, what is the name of the French Assassin protagonist?

The story behind the answer

The French Assassin protagonist of Assassin's Creed Unity is Arno Dorian. He is introduced as an orphan adopted by the aristocratic de la Serre family in late-eighteenth-century France.

After the death of his adoptive father, François de la Serre, Arno is blamed for the murder and expelled from the household. He later joins the French Brotherhood of Assassins and investigates a conspiracy connected to the Templars during the French Revolution. His relationship with Élise de la Serre, a Templar and François's daughter, creates a central personal conflict in the story.

Unity is set primarily in Paris between 1789 and 1794. The game emphasizes dense crowds, detailed architecture, cooperative multiplayer missions, and freer running across buildings. Arno's name can be confused with Élise's because both belong to the de la Serre family circle, but Élise is not the playable Assassin protagonist.
