In Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, Evie Frye leads the London Assassins alongside her twin brother Jacob Frye.
Evie and Jacob are the game’s two playable protagonists, operating in London during the Industrial Revolution. Their methods differ: Jacob often favors direct action and gang warfare, while Evie is more focused on stealth, investigation, and locating Pieces of Eden. The game allows players to switch between them for many activities.
The twins arrive in London in 1868 and challenge the Templar organization controlling much of the city’s institutions and criminal networks. They also build the Rooks, a gang that opposes the rival Blighters. Evie’s storyline includes a major search for the Shroud of Eden.
Lydia Frye is a later descendant who appears in a separate World War I sequence. Clara O’Dea is a child encountered during the London campaign, and Lucy Thorne is a Templar associate. None of those characters is Jacob’s twin or the co-leader of the main Assassin operation.
