Evie Frye is the female Assassin protagonist in Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
Evie and her twin brother Jacob Frye lead the story of Assassin's Creed Syndicate. They travel to London in 1868 and work to weaken Templar control during the Industrial Revolution. Players can switch between the twins, and each has different abilities and mission emphases.
Evie is generally associated with stealth, careful planning, and the search for an Isu artifact called the Piece of Eden. Jacob is more strongly associated with direct combat and the creation of the Rooks, a gang that supports the Assassins in London.
The game was released in 2015. Its London setting includes areas such as Westminster, the City of London, and Whitechapel. The shared-protagonist structure distinguishes Syndicate from many earlier main entries, which usually centered on one primary historical character.
