In Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Jacob and Evie Frye can hijack and drive trains.
The game is set in London during the Industrial Revolution, and trains are both a major part of the setting and a distinctive gameplay feature. The Frye twins can take control of moving trains, use them to travel, and fight enemies on or around them.
The twins also operate from a mobile train called the Train Hideout. It functions as a headquarters that moves through the city and supports the Assassins' campaign against the Templars and the criminal forces allied with them.
London's transport system includes other period vehicles, but trams and buses are not the signature hijackable vehicle mechanic in Syndicate. The train sequences are among the clearest ways the game expresses its industrial-era setting.
