In Assassin's Creed Syndicate, which city is transformed by the Industrial Revolution?

The story behind the answer

London is the city transformed by the Industrial Revolution in Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

The game is set in Victorian London in 1868, where twins Jacob and Evie Frye fight to free districts from Templar control. Industrial growth, railways, factories, organized crime, and severe class inequality shape both the setting and the missions.

Manchester, Liverpool, and Birmingham were also important industrial cities, but they are not Syndicate's main playable setting. The game recreates areas such as Westminster, the City of London, Southwark, and Whitechapel, while including historical figures including Queen Victoria and Charles Darwin.
