The Frye twins leading Assassin's Creed Syndicate are Jacob and Evie.
Jacob Frye and Evie Frye are Assassin siblings operating in London during the Industrial Revolution. Jacob is more openly confrontational and focuses on building the Rooks, a street gang that challenges Templar influence. Evie is generally more investigative and stealth-oriented, pursuing clues connected to First Civilization artifacts and the Templar conspiracy.
Syndicate lets players switch between the twins for much of the campaign, although some missions specify one character. Their shared leadership distinguishes the game from earlier entries built around a single historical protagonist. Both characters also use the grappling hook, which supports rapid movement across London's rooftops.
The Fryes should not be confused with Edward and Haytham Kenway, a father-and-son pair from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin's Creed III. Syndicate was released in 2015 and depicts locations such as Westminster, the City of London, and the Thames during Queen Victoria's reign.
