In Assassin's Creed Odyssey, what legendary weapon is carried by Kassandra or Alexios?

In Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Kassandra or Alexios carries the Spear of Leonidas.

The weapon is presented as a broken spearhead that once belonged to King Leonidas I of Sparta. In the game's story, Leonidas uses it at the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 BCE. The player character later inherits it and uses its Isu-enhanced powers during the Peloponnesian War.

Although it is called a spear, the surviving weapon is depicted primarily as a spearhead rather than a complete polearm. It serves both as a narrative link to Leonidas and as a gameplay device. Upgrades to the spear unlock stronger abilities and expand the protagonist's skill options.

The Spear of Leonidas should not be confused with the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, which is an important Isu artifact in Odyssey but is connected to a different storyline. Odyssey also includes weapons associated with historical and legendary figures, but the spear is the defining heirloom of the player character.
