In Assassin's Creed Mirage, Roshan is Basim Ibn Ishaq’s mentor in Baghdad.
Roshan is a senior Hidden One who recognizes Basim’s potential and guides him through training, discipline, and the organization’s traditions. She becomes an important authority figure after Basim leaves Anbar and reaches the Hidden Ones’ stronghold at Alamut. Her instruction shapes his development from a street thief into a trained Assassin.
Mirage is set in ninth-century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age and focuses more heavily on stealth, investigation, and targeted assassinations than several of the series’ large role-playing games. Nehal is Basim’s close childhood friend, while Fuladh is another Hidden One associated with the Baghdad bureau. These characters are connected to Basim’s journey, but Roshan is specifically his mentor.
