In Assassin's Creed Liberation, what is the full name of the playable Assassin?

The playable Assassin in Assassin's Creed Liberation is Aveline de Grandpré. She is a French and African woman who operates in and around New Orleans during the eighteenth century.

Aveline's story takes place alongside the era of Assassin's Creed III, but Liberation gives her a distinct cast, setting, and identity. She uses three disguises—an Assassin outfit, a lady's dress, and a slave persona—to move through different social environments and approach missions in different ways.

Aveline is sometimes confused with Élise de la Serre or Shao Jun, both prominent women in the franchise. Élise appears in Unity, while Shao Jun is the protagonist of the side-scrolling Chronicles: China. Liberation originally launched for PlayStation Vita in 2012.
