In Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, what is the name of Ezio's mentor and uncle?

Mario Auditore is Ezio's mentor and uncle in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Mario is the head of Monteriggioni and a senior Assassin who trains Ezio after the murder of Ezio's father and brothers. He gives Ezio refuge and guidance before the conflict with the Borgia family intensifies.

Although Mario is killed near the beginning of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, his influence shapes Ezio's campaign to rebuild the Brotherhood in Rome. The game's story then expands Ezio's role from individual Assassin to organizer and leader.

Niccolò Machiavelli is another important Assassin ally and adviser, but he is not Ezio's uncle. Federico Auditore is Ezio's older brother, while Lorenzo de' Medici is a historical Florentine ruler who supports Ezio in Assassin's Creed II.
