V can find 20 tarot graffiti cards in Cyberpunk 2077’s base game.
The tarot graffiti are scattered across Night City and become part of the side job “Fool on the Hill.” V photographs the graffiti and discusses their symbolism with Misty, who interprets the cards in relation to V’s situation and possible future.
The number can be confused with the 22-card major arcana of a standard tarot deck. The base-game hunt does not include every major-arcana card as a graffiti location. Phantom Liberty adds four more tarot graffiti cards in Dogtown, bringing the total across the complete game experience to 24.
