Three hundred Pokémon were available in Pokémon Pokopia at its original release.
The launch version contained 300 available Pokémon, drawn from across the broader Pokémon series rather than being limited to one regional Pokédex. They appear as residents, helpers, visitors, or creatures connected with the game’s habitats and activities.
That launch total later changed as post-release content expanded the game. Version 2.0.0 added 50 Pokémon through the Bubbly Basin DLC, while seven more were introduced through in-game events. The resulting total listed for Version 2.0.0 was 357 Pokémon.
The numbers can therefore be confused if a question does not specify the time period. Three hundred is the original-release figure; 357 is the later Version 2.0.0 total. This distinction also separates Pokopia’s available roster from the much larger number of Pokémon species that exist across the entire franchise.
