Pokémon Pokopia features 300 Pokémon at launch.
The game’s roster includes Pokémon selected from Generations I through IX. That broad spread lets the habitat-building concept draw on creatures from across the franchise rather than limiting the game to one regional Pokédex.
These Pokémon are not merely a collection list. Players create suitable habitats and complete environmental improvements to attract them. Befriended Pokémon can then teach Ditto moves that help with practical tasks, such as watering plants, clearing debris, or changing the landscape.
The number can be confused with the 151 Pokémon originally introduced in Generation I, or with regional Pokédex totals from individual mainline games. Pokopia’s figure is a game-specific roster total: 300 Pokémon appear in this title, drawn from the first nine generations.
