Season 1 of The Boys has 8 episodes. The superhero satire premiered on Amazon Prime Video on July 26, 2019, with its complete first season released at once rather than through a traditional weekly schedule.
The season introduces Billy Butcher’s anti-Supe team, Hughie Campbell’s recruitment, and the corrupt celebrity superhero group known as the Seven. Its eighth and final episode is titled “You Found Me,” and it ends with major revelations about Becca Butcher and Homelander’s son, Ryan.
A common mix-up is counting episodes from later seasons or confusing the show with another streaming superhero series. The Boys continued with eight episodes in Season 2, while later seasons used different episode counts. Season 1’s total remains eight, making the stored answer the single standard answer for this question.
