Five Dragons normally sit on the investment panel in the BBC show Dragon's Den.
The standard panel arrangement gives entrepreneurs five potential investors to address during a pitch. Each Dragon can question the entrepreneur, make an offer, collaborate with another Dragon or decline to invest.
The exact individuals have changed across series. Early Dragons included Peter Jones, Duncan Bannatyne, Theo Paphitis, Rachel Elnaugh and Simon Woodroffe, while later panels featured investors such as Deborah Meaden, Kelly Hoppen, Touker Suleyman and Steven Bartlett.
Guest Dragons and changing lineups can make the number appear different in some episodes or promotional material. The regular panel format, however, is five investors.
