How many critics’ points did Famitsu award Pokémon Pokopia?

Famitsu awarded Pokémon Pokopia a total score of 39 out of 40.

The score came from four Famitsu critics, each using a ten-point scale. Three reviewers gave Pokopia a perfect 10, while the combined result was one point short of the maximum possible score.

Famitsu’s score is a review result, not a sales figure or an in-game rating. It is also separate from aggregate services such as Metacritic and OpenCritic, which combine reviews using different methods.

The strong Famitsu result reflects the game’s unusual blend of Pokémon characters, building, habitat management, and social simulation. Pokopia was widely discussed as a significant departure from battle-centered Pokémon games, especially because its progression emphasizes restoration and community building.
