V can develop five core attributes in Cyberpunk 2077.
The five attributes are Body, Reflexes, Technical Ability, Intelligence, and Cool. They influence different styles of play, such as physical strength, firearms and movement, technology, netrunning, stealth, and precision combat.
The attribute system is separate from individual perks and skills. Players spend attribute points to raise these broad categories, then use perk points to specialize within them. Major updates later redesigned parts of the progression system, but the five core attribute names remain the foundation of character development.
The number should not be confused with the three lifepaths—Nomad, Streetkid, and Corpo—or with the game’s several weapon categories. Attributes also differ from Street Cred, which is a separate progression measure associated with V’s reputation.
