Each visiting player can bring a Pokémon along, turning the shared session into more than a simple tour. Players can spend time together in the built environment and enjoy the game’s cooperative social features.
The number refers to additional visitors, not the total number of people in the session. That distinction matters: one host plus three invited players means four players altogether. Pokémon Pokopia also supports GameShare sessions, which can let a friend without the game participate under the applicable sharing requirements.
