As of June 30, 2026, how many copies of Mario Kart World had sold worldwide?

As of June 30, 2026, Mario Kart World had sold 15.39 million copies worldwide.

The figure identifies the game as the best-selling title on Nintendo Switch 2 at that date. It includes worldwide sales rather than a single country’s physical sales, so it should not be confused with regional figures reported by Famitsu or Circana.

Mario Kart World benefited from launching alongside the new console and from being one of Nintendo’s most recognizable multiplayer series. Its sales total also reflects the difference between a game’s launch performance and its cumulative sales over time.

Sales figures are time-specific and can change whenever Nintendo publishes a new financial update. The date in the question is therefore essential: 15.39 million is the reported worldwide total as of June 30, 2026, not a permanent final lifetime figure.
