Who wrote the music for the Holiday classic film "White Christmas"?

Irving Berlin wrote the music for the holiday classic film “White Christmas.” The 1954 Paramount musical features a score of Berlin songs, including the title song and “Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep.”

The film reunited Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye as former Army entertainers who open a Vermont inn with Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen. Although the movie was released in 1954, its signature song had appeared earlier: Berlin wrote “White Christmas” for the 1942 film “Holiday Inn,” where Crosby first performed it on screen.
