Who was the chief queen of Krishna?

Rukmini was the chief queen and first queen of Krishna.

Rukmini was a princess of Vidarbha and the daughter of King Bhishmaka. According to the Bhagavata Purana and related traditions, she heard of Krishna’s virtues and sent him a secret message asking him to take her away before she was forced to marry Shishupala. Krishna carried her off from the temple, and their marriage became one of the central stories of Krishna’s domestic life.

Rukmini is commonly identified with Lakshmi, the goddess of fortune and Vishnu’s consort. In Krishna traditions, she is the foremost of his eight principal queens, known as the Ashtabharya. These include Satyabhama, Jambavati, Kalindi, Mitravinda, Nagnajiti, Bhadra, and Lakshmana.
