Who voices Cruz Ramirez in the English version of Pixar's Cars 3?

Cristela Alonzo voices Cruz Ramirez in the English version of Pixar's Cars 3.

Cruz Ramirez is a modern trainer at the Rust-eze Racing Center who initially helps Lightning McQueen prepare for competition against Jackson Storm. Her character begins as a coach and technician, but the story gradually reveals that she has the talent and ambition to become a professional racer herself.

Alonzo is an American comedian, actress, and writer. Her performance gives Cruz an energetic and optimistic personality while also supporting the film's theme about changing careers and making room for new competitors.

Cruz's role is sometimes overlooked because Lightning remains the film's title character. However, the final race shifts the spotlight to her, and she becomes a major racer in the Cars universe. In the Spanish-language version, the voice cast differs, so Cristela Alonzo is specifically the answer for the English version.
