Answer
Terry O'Quinn
Terry O’Quinn played John Locke in the TV series Lost. Locke is one of the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 and quickly develops a strong spiritual connection to the island.
Before the crash, Locke uses a wheelchair, but he discovers after the accident that he can walk. This transformation becomes a major part of his character and contributes to his belief that the island has a special purpose for him.
O’Quinn played several connected versions of Locke as the series explored identity, deception, and the island’s supernatural forces. His performance earned him the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2007.
Michael Emerson played Benjamin Linus, while Henry Ian Cusick played Desmond Hume. Their characters are also closely tied to the island’s mysteries, but neither actor portrayed Locke. The role belongs to O’Quinn throughout the series.
