Who is the main rival racer called Chick Hicks in Pixar's Cars?

Chick Hicks is the main rival racer competing against Lightning McQueen in Pixar's Cars.

Chick is a veteran Piston Cup competitor with a green body, a prominent mustache-like grille, and the number 86. He is willing to use aggressive tactics, including bumping opponents, to improve his position. His conduct contrasts with the sportsmanship associated with Strip “The King” Weathers.

The film's central race conflict involves Lightning, Chick, and The King after a three-way tie at the Piston Cup season finale. The tie forces a tiebreaker race in Los Angeles. Chick's ambition and hostility make him a clear antagonist during the competition, while Lightning gradually learns that winning is not the only measure of success.

Chick wins the tiebreaker after causing The King to crash, but the victory is widely condemned because of how he achieved it. Lightning refuses to accept the trophy when he sees The King injured and instead helps him finish the race. Chick is later seen as a racing broadcaster in Cars 3.
