Answer
Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad
Answer
Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad
Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad is the main playable Assassin in the first Assassin's Creed game.
Altaïr is a Syrian Assassin who serves as the protagonist of the 2007 title. The story follows his missions during the Third Crusade, when he investigates targets connected to the Templars and uncovers a wider conspiracy involving powerful artifacts.
At the beginning of the game, Altaïr is an accomplished but overconfident Master Assassin. After a failed mission, his rank and equipment are taken away, and he must regain his status by completing assignments for the Brotherhood.
Players sometimes confuse Altaïr with Ezio Auditore, the Italian protagonist introduced in Assassin's Creed II. Altaïr also appears in later series history, including a major role in the portable and compilation title Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
