Who is revealed as the secret villain in Pixar's Cars 2?

Miles Axlerod is revealed as the secret villain in Pixar's Cars 2. He is introduced as a former oil tycoon who claims to have converted himself into an electric vehicle.

Axlerod organizes the World Grand Prix to promote Allinol, an alternative fuel. The film later reveals that he is behind the plot to make Allinol-powered cars explode when exposed to electromagnetic pulses from a weapon.
