Miles Axlerod is revealed as the main villain in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Axlerod is introduced as a former oil baron who becomes the organizer of the World Grand Prix. He promotes Allinol, an alternative fuel, and presents the race as an international celebration of clean technology.

The plot eventually reveals that Axlerod is secretly coordinating a conspiracy involving modified Allinol, electromagnetic weapons, and an attempt to discredit the fuel. His plan places racers and world leaders in danger while drawing Mater into an accidental espionage adventure.
