John Du Prez composed the musical score for the 1990 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Du Prez, a British composer and arranger, wrote the film’s orchestral score for director Steve Barron. The music supports the movie’s mixture of martial-arts action, comic-book adventure, and darker dramatic scenes involving the four turtles and their mentor, Splinter.

The soundtrack also included songs associated with the film’s pop-oriented presentation, including “Turtle Power” by Partners in Kryme. That song is sometimes mistaken for the movie’s entire musical score, but it is a separate vocal soundtrack single rather than the composer’s orchestral work.
